The search term report allows you to see what people are searching for;
You have to spend some time there on a regular basis reviewing the search queries & then you come to the question: target or exclude the keyword in the search term?
To find this report click on the “keyword” tab & then search the term at the top of the window. Then you will be able to see all the keywords people have used to see your ad.
If you are bidding on a particular keyword you will see the “Added” expression in the “Added/Excluded” column. If the keyword is defined as a negative keyword then you’ll see “Excluded”& if you are not bidding on it then you find “None”.
