This is a video ad from youtube types of ads that is displayed before, after, or during the video the user wants to watch. It ranges from 6 seconds to 12 minutes in length. Since it is skippable; then there is a “skip ad” button that appears after 5 seconds from the ad start. It has the same format as any youtube video. Despite it being skippable, it can be displayed on any platform: desktop, mobile, TV, and even game consoles.

With a non-skippable ad, you guarantee the viewer’s full attention along with the video. and with YouTube’s impressive targeting capabilities you are also pretty much guaranteed that the viewer will fit the profile of your target audience.
However, it may be somehow irritating for users, to be obliged to watch a full 20 just to start or to continue watching their video. This drawback is actually having 2 options to bend it: the first is to make it during or after the main video, and the other option is to use bumper ads instead.

This is a video ad that is displayed before the main video. It has the same format as any youtube video. This ad is displayed on both mobile & desktop with a maximum length of 6 seconds.
Actually, it is a mix of skippable & non-skippable ad advantages. It takes the “full-watching guarantee” from the non-skippable ads & the “less interference” from the skippable ones. It is about sending your message with no harm.
This youtube type of ad is better for brand awareness campaigns.

It is similar to an overlay ad but displays content that is relevant to the main video, such as products featured within the video & which only appear on the screen for a few seconds. If viewers then want to find out more, they can click on the icon in the top right-hand corner of the video. this type is more likely to be used by bloggers or influencer marketing.
It appears on both mobile & desktop with a 1:1 ratio. It is great to use when you already have your own video & want to increase the likelihood of interactions with the products.
Finally, we have to give the prerogative to the content.
